📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with trainers and employees to ensure effective learning experiences.,Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to improve training programs.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in achieving departmental goals.,Assist in the evaluation and measurement of training program effectiveness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with learning management systems and training software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Passion for continuous learning and development.
