📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate Chinese and Indonesian documents accurately and efficiently, including contracts, technical manuals, and marketing materials.
• Facilitate communication between Chinese suppliers and Indonesian team members, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements between PT Moto Motion Indonesia and our Chinese partners.
• Attend and participate in business meetings and events, providing real-time translation as needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all translation tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the automotive sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Indonesian languages, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience as a translator, preferably in the automotive or business sectors.
• Strong understanding of business culture and etiquette in both Chinese and Indonesian contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in Chinese-English or Chinese-Indonesian translation (preferred but not required).
