📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of company initiatives.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify and address any operational or administrative challenges that may arise.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of departmental activities and performance metrics.,Represent the department at company meetings and events, as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HR management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
