CV Rahayu Jaya is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, as well as maintaining all necessary documentation and records. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our operations, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe working condition and meet all regulatory requirements.,Manage and maintain all vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Coordinate with drivers and other relevant parties to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure they are within budget.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain a record of all maintenance and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members regarding vehicle usage and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
