Pro Bold Pratama is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to oversee and manage our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in supporting our operational goals and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with fuel policies.,Track vehicle usage and performance to optimize efficiency.,Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
