📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities in Badung, Bali, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with industry regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.
• Manage and maintain facility equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
• Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and protocols.
• Handle and resolve any facility-related issues or complaints from patients and staff.
• Work closely with the facility management team to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare facility administration.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as ServiceMax or FacilitiNet.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
