📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
