📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and post job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
