📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, training, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professionalism.
  • Handle all aspects of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and leading HR projects.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
