📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on PLC systems and automation equipment.
• Write and debug PLC programs using software such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or Allen-Bradley RSLogix.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PLC programming and automation systems.
• Certification in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell Automation, or Allen-Bradley).
• Familiarity with industrial automation software and tools.
