📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong client base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.,Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals and luxury retailers.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.,Conduct regular follow-ups and consultations with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify new opportunities for growth.,Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, preferably in the flooring or carpets industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
