📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the CRM Resolution team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and resolutions.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service across the organization.,Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.,Report on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or CRM roles within the banking and financial services industry.,Proven experience in managing teams and leading customer service initiatives.,Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.
