🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operational management role.,Strong background in operations management, including experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools, such as ERP systems, is a plus.
