📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct site measurements and prepare accurate quantity surveys for various infrastructure projects.,Estimate project costs and prepare detailed cost reports for project managers and stakeholders.,Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying any cost overruns or savings opportunities.,Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to ensure timely payment and compliance with contractual agreements.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely cost information.,Maintain and update project cost databases and records.,Attend site meetings and inspections to gather information and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.,Prepare and present cost reports and analyses to support project decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site quantity surveying for infrastructure projects.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction practices, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
