📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of store staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to support store objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on store performance and progress.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and CRM.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
