Hokian Dian Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and skills.,Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high quality standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and company policies.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both in the office and remotely.
