In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Monitor and control cash flow to prevent shortages or excesses.,Prepare and submit financial reports as required.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.,Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.,Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
