📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Maintain and service vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all drivers are trained and certified.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Valid SIM B license and a clean driving record.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using navigation and fleet management software.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
