📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish.,Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national regulations.,Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.,Mentor and train junior electricians.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Maintain and update electrical systems and equipment.,Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.,Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician.,Certification in electrical safety and compliance (e.g., OSHA, SMMK3).,Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.,Proven experience in project management and team leadership.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using electrical design and drafting software.
