Point Byte Lestari is looking for a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and gaps through assessments and feedback.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
