📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations and ensure the smooth flow of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of logistics coordinators.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Track and manage logistics expenses and prepare reports for management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
