Moon Easy Indonesia is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team in Singkawang. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and execute recipes, manage kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in developing and executing recipes.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Maintain accurate records of food costs and usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Experience with kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
