📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage medical coding operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Review and edit medical coders' work, providing feedback and guidance to improve coding accuracy and efficiency.
• Train and mentor new hires, as well as provide ongoing support and development to existing team members.
• Maintain and update our medical coding software, such as Cerner or Epic, ensuring that it is functioning properly and that all updates and patches are installed.
• Monitor and analyze coding trends and patterns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and revenue cycle management, to ensure that all medical records are accurately coded and billed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects, as well as other departmental initiatives and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, medical billing and coding, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical coding, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and coding standards.
• Certification in medical coding, such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
• Familiarity with medical coding software, such as Cerner or Epic.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members and other departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel within Bali as needed.
