📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Present findings to clients and senior management, ensuring clear communication of complex data.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client SLAs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Support the implementation of data governance and quality initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a focus on KPI reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of asset servicing or banking industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with data governance and quality principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
