📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect WNS's digital assets.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, incorporating innovative solutions into our security framework.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of security measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing security frameworks and policies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and mentor a team.
