📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.
• Conduct needs assessments and design training programs using tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to support employee development.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to align OD initiatives with business goals.
• Measure the impact of OD programs using data analytics tools like Power BI.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the OD team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role.
• Certification in Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SCP-OD) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools like Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
