📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in preparing and cooking ramen dishes using traditional Japanese techniques.
- Learn and perfect the art of making noodles from scratch, including hand-pulled noodles.
- Help create and maintain authentic ramen broths using a variety of ingredients and techniques.
- Assist in stocking and organizing ingredients for the kitchen.
- Learn and apply food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Learn basic kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
- Support the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a ramen-focused kitchen or similar culinary environment.
- Familiarity with traditional Japanese ramen techniques and ingredients.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the ramen industry.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
