📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of Production, R&D, QA-QC, Supply Chain, and Warehouse departments.
• Support team leaders in implementing and maintaining efficient processes and procedures.
• Conduct research and development activities to improve product quality and innovation.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage inventory and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Assist in supply chain management, including vendor coordination and logistics planning.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to team meetings and projects, providing valuable insights and ideas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduates, interns, or early-career professionals with a degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
