🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful merchandising strategies and sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other retail management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
