📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain CNC Auto Lathe machines to ensure high-quality production and efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspect and maintain tooling and fixtures to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures to extend machine lifespan.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining CNC Auto Lathe machines.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machine control systems.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Certification in CNC Auto Lathe operation (preferred but not required).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
